Customer Service

An essential part of the Stapla Ultrasonics business is providing our customers with pre-shipment and after sale service and training. Be it operator training (how to operate the equipment) or technical training (how it works), Stapla has factory trained, direct employees, in multiple locations, to do the job.

We make and sell application sensitive equipment. This means we are selling solutions to our customers’ production requirements. Hence, our Sales, Engineering and Production personnel are well trained in the science of ultrasonic metal welding – adding depth to our ability to technically serve our customers.

Our definition of Service also extends to other facets of our business – answering the phone with a person, quickly responding to requests for quotes, and being able to ship quickly and on time.
